"Choices Mental Health Couneling, PLLC", as a professional limited liability corporation, born on March 1, 2011, according to a filing receipt issued by the New York State Department of State, Division of Corporations. Prior approval by the New York State Department of Education was obtained before the Articles of Incorporation could be filed. The purpose of the corporation is the provision of mental health counseling services as defined in Education Law § 8402.
What does "PLLC" mean? Similar to "LLC" or "PC", with some differences in New York State law...
