Attendance at group and individual counseling appointments when driving conditions are hazardous is not required. If a session is going to be cancelled by a decision at the office, an attempt will be made to notify all group members by phone.
If you do not receive notice that a regularly scheduled appointment is cancelled, it is up to you to decide whether to attend.
If you conclude that the risk of driving in the snow outweighs the potential benefit of attending, a courtesy call to 845-513-5002 with as much notice as you are able, for informational purposes, would be appreciated. If you elect not to attend during a snow-storm, your absence will be recorded as "excused".
